Various positions; duties may include mowing, pruning, general gardening, planting, landscaping and maintenance, positions may be unsupervised or part of a team.
Day and school holiday programs for children aged between 5-12. Activities are aimed at building self esteem, confidence, team work skills and social interaction provides kids with opportunities to develop relationships with other kids and to engage with positive role models.
Albury and Wodonga organisations urgently require drivers for their community service. Friendly, patient manner required. Must hold a full license, either car, bus or light rigid and be over 25 years of age.
To be part of a Volunteer team providing first aid at a wide variety of venues in Albury and district. Must hold a senior first aid certificate or higher first aid qualification.
Volunteers to play and share music by visiting weekly or monthly to other like minded people in Age Care.
To assist young people in obtaining their probationary licence. Mentors need to be encouraging, supportive, tolerant and respectful. Must be 25 years and over and hold a full drivers licence. Training may apply.
Day Programs: Assist an instructor in program delivery and provide support to adults with disabilities. To participate in a team of professionals insuring participants maximise their opportunities and potentials.
An organisation based in Albury/Wodonga requires a cook to plan menus meeting nutritional and dietary requirements, shopping, lead a team, prepare and serve meals.
An assistant cook is required in the Albury/Wodonga area. Table preparation and serving of meals is required.
Wodonga, Albury and Lavington aged care facilities are looking for friendly people to visit residents and become involved in activities and/or outings. People with other language skills such as German, Dutch, Czech, German, Hungarian or Italian would be a bonus.
Environmental officer, times are negotiable according to works calendar. Location is Wodonga and surrounding district.
Provide information to the public, some customer service and basic computer skills required. Thursday 10.00am-2.00pm and Saturday 10.00am-2.00pm.
Albury and Wodonga areas, patience and kindness are the skills required to assist with craft activities, music recitals etc assistance required to set-up activities and general assistance for the day.
Ability and empathy to care for a dog for up to 12 weeks, escape proof yard required. Support given by coordinator and assistant, food and kennel supplied.
